Lemme rephrase: if you have enough charisma you can pull off anything and no one will notice

The essence of politics isn’t to not be a hypocrite but to look good being one.

It turns out true times and times again when after elections the ‘more moral side’ does the same thing as what they said is evil but makes it look like a good thing.

It isn’t unreasonable to assume such skill also comes handy in day to day life. Look good, be sexy, get rewards. Spoils. Loot. Benefits.

To swim in the sea of shit you need to have some buoy.
