With the coming (ongoing) exodus from reddit following their June 2023 API policy impacting 3rd party apps, it seemed prudent to fire up a Lemmy home for paddlers of all sorts.

Feel free to share photos, videos, trip reports, questions, gear reviews, whatever you like from any corner of the paddling world!

Thanks for starting this up! I mostly paddle a touring-ish kayak on a tidal estuary. Also do some ponds, lakes, and the occasional ducky trip on whitewater. Looking forward to seeing where this community goes.
