Flechet said it has been an ongoing struggle since the pandemic.

"We opened so many new locations in the middle of Covid, which was arguably the worst possible time in terms of employment," he said. "Unfortunately, we disappointed a lot of people. We've been working on rebuilding the trust ever since."
