I'm here from reddit like I'm sure many of you are, I'm still figuring out lemmy myself, but figured I'd post here and say hi to anyone local.

Hello there! I’m also figuring it out, but I do know that this here Lemmy thingy’s already better than reddit ever was. It actually shows the number of downvotes, so no “karma” system that punishes non-groupthink and makes it a neckbeard factory.
