WGU is fully accredited with various regional accreditation agencies. Traditional brick and mortar schools are also regionally accredited. Asking if X school is better than WGU is subjective and provides no significant benefit to the sub.

Nobody has any idea how quick you can get through a program. How fast you get through a program depends on how familiar you are with the material, how quickly you absorb the material, how much time you can spend, etc.
