The Motor Scout was the world’s first armored petrol engine powered vehicle. It was designed and constructed by British innovator F.R. Simms in 1898.

He achieved this by constructing a hold for a mark IV maxim machine gun just over the front wheels of the quadricycle.

The quadricycle was powered by Simms’ one and half horsepower automatic petrol motor.

These images show two slightly different looking vehicles, I don't know if it is the same car updated or a different car that replaced the old one.

Anyway! More Here:

Italdesign will debut a concept for the vehicle at the Geneva auto show on Tuesday, according to people familiar with the matter.

The concept will be for a two-stage car that would cruise city streets. The passenger would sit in a capsule on top of a self-driving chassis.

If the vehicle hits traffic congestion, a large drone measuring roughly 5 meters by 5 meters would pick up the capsule and fly it to a destination.

An electric car designed and manufactured in Palestine and that works in a new and unique way, accelerating to a maximum speed of 272 km/hour through a three-teired electric motor.

This vehicle is special in having electric brakes as well as the traditional brakes used in most cars, which makes stopping the car more effective. It also uses the phenomenon of inertia to store electric energy.
