This post is a news of a new test stream broadcasted in Italy DTT. An full hd 10 bit 4 mbps 10 bit not interlaced 50 fps is visible even on 24" TElefunken HD ready one with HEVC. 99 in Euros. It seems a test channel. But regional and normal tv is only hd on 823ch so the 3 is Rai3 Sd they reverted the change.
