Thoughts (shower or otherwise)

Remember, right wing people are just misguided left wing people. They have the desire and energy to improve their lives, but are going about it a stupid way.

They think that they can improve their lives by taking things from poorer people. Which is a reasonable thought. But it is wrong. If the immigrants are driven away, these protesters will become the poorest people, for others to take things from.

The only way to improve your lives is by improving everyone's lives uniformly, through left wing policies. This isn't just virtuous. It's virtuous only because it's economically sound.

Today, they normally demand upfront payment, so the buyer has to borrow from a bank. These loans are extortionate. The buyer normally pays the bank back about double what he borrowed, over about 30 years.

Instead, the buyer could offer to pay 50% extra on the cost of the house. But he will pay some of it in installments over 30 years. The bank gets nothing, and the buyer and sellers both make huge savings.

It wouldn't be suitable for every sale, but it would for many. So why don't people do it? Is there some legal restriction where only the banks are allowed to do this kind of financing?

We all have to fail at the task. Make the results useless for their training. It's the only way to make them stop giving us this unpaid work to do.
