This glitch is only possible in a New Game Plus playthrough, and you need the DLC for it to work. What you have to do is play the "Blood and Wine" questline until you reach the Land of a Thousand Fables, save the game while you're in the "fairy world", and start a NG+ from that file.

Roach will be a unicorn in that new playthrough (including cutscenes), as the game fails to load her "old" model properly. The downside of this is that you'll also lose the weather indicator next to your minimap as there is no different weather in the Land of a Thousand Fables, and Roach can occasionally glitch out further (black/white shimmering mane)

Roach will also often be "naked" (no saddle/bridle) or wear ONLY the saddle but no bridle (or vice versa). She can apparently also randomly turn back into a normal brown horse, but that can be undone by reloading an earlier save file, so save often.

The game has a couple of different endings depending on how Geralt reacted in certain situations. If you're aiming for a specific ending, you likely need external sources because those in-game choices are FAR from intuitive. (Example: you want to make Ciri Empress of Nilfgaard? Start a snowball fight!)

Jaskier and Radovid (www.thegamer.com)

I think I'm just as confused as everybody by the choice to make Jaskier bi for the show. Jaskier is a womanizer/doesn't make deeper connections easily, for him to have a meaningful romantic relationship with Radovid is so out of character.

This article seems to suggest the community is uncomfortable with queer characters, but neglects to mention Ciri and her time with The Rats. It's a fair criticism of the original works that the only queer characters are women, and that the show could introduce some new characters to balance things out.

Is it that hard for critics of the community to accept that the concerns we raise are not bigoted opinions? Our concerns are rooted in the very major changes to things we know and love
