A cornerstone of any performance pay plan is trust, specifically the assurance that conditions and expectations won’t change after the fact. But Delaware Chancery Court Chief Judge Kathaleen St. J. McCormick appears to challenge this principle in her 200-page ruling.

I'm a bit disappointed that it's only until the end of Q1, but at least it's something. I think they should allow FSD transfer on all trade-ins until FSD is out of beta.

• Didn't do rolling stops, very hesitant at stop signs.
• Took some turns to sharply, should take wider turns.
• Entered left turn lane prematurely one time, ignored lane marking instead of rerouting.
• More assertive in overtaking slow/stopped vehicles, possibly too assertive in some cases.
• Improved slowdown for speedbumps
