A typical FloreatCastellum story: delightful, very original, well written characters. And brief.

A completely geeky author of the yet-to-be-published book “A Brief History of Red Telephone Boxes in The United Kingdom, Malta, Bermuda and Gibraltar, and their social impact in the 20th and 21st centuries” finds so far unrecognised phone book in the London Whitehall and her passion for the research breaks through all anti-Muggle repellent charms. And the story starts from there. Highly recommended!

I wanted to call attention to the superb effort and skill put into this work, an audiobook chapter of the popular fanfiction work 'Dodging Prison and Stealing Witches' by TNT (on Discord).

There's been a great rise in a number of creators/fans/hobbyists on Youtube reading, whispering (ASMR) and doing even professional level work for audiobooks for the favourite works, like this reading of Philosopher's Stone, done independantly with added sound effects*, or an ASMR version of LOTR (that was sadly taken down).

All in all, we are very lucky.

*It's been taken down too but her rendition of HP2 CoS 'Immersive Soundscape Experience' is up to listen to for now, and both Philosopher's Stone and CoS is on a site called Castbox

I’m loving this fic! Hermione in the 1920s. She goes back to meet Tom as a baby and raise him. The fic features a muggle pretending to be a wizard (successfully!), a struggle for werewolf rights, action, and romance. I binged the whole thing in one night.

Also posting a rec to try out this app - anyone using this?

Where do you write and read?

For the past 13 years I've been writing on Archive of Our own (Ao3) because it has a much broader set of T&C than most others, and quite a few others have crashed and burned.
