“My first question would be: Are these people on SSRIs [or selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors, a type of antidepressant]? Are they taking anti-anxiety medications or antidepressants?”

“And Big Pharma knows there are a lot of side effects to these drugs that they push that can cause psychosis, and even make feelings of suicide and depression and violence all the more acute.”

Instead of “thoughtful parenting” or “behavioral modification,” as once may have been used on a troubled youngster, the go-to response now is “converting to some sort of chemical solution,” he said.

“Just what a mentally unstable person needs: massive mood swings caused by hormone therapy. It’s quite literally a recipe for mass violence, and frequently.”

“Big Pharma is out of control, and this country has a major mental healthcare problem,”

That makes it beyond bizarre that Harris didn’t (at least) also meet with survivors of the three small children and three adults slain that day.

Which event is more awful, after all: the murders or the expulsions?

Meanwhile, the White House has yet to invite the two hero cops who stopped the massacre from being far worse by charging in to take Hale down.

And it’s ignored the grieving families of the victims. (Is it simply because Covenant was a Christian school?)

Seriously, a white collar criminal shot dead by FBI. Does this make sense to anybody?

Was he going to spill the beans?

What you also would not know if you just listened to the press's ignorant coverage of firearms and guns is that more kids died from gun violence in 2021 due to street violence, usually from gangs, than from all school shootings combined from Columbine to now.

One hundred seventy-five children have died since the massacre at Columbine, Colorado, a school shooting that happened during the assault weapons ban. In 2021, 465 children died on the streets of just nine American cities. You should really pay attention to this. In one year in just nine cities, more children died from street shootings than all school shootings in the last 24 years.

Top executives at CBS News have banned staffers from using the word “transgender” when reporting on Nashville shooter — despite the fact police have said Audrey Hale was transgender and cited it as a key point in the case, The Post has learned.

The legislation would prohibit the use of a merchant category code specifically for firearms and ammunition. The bill empowers the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services to fine companies up to $10,000 for utilizing the new code, guns and ammunition.

One agent left a highly lethal M4 carbine unsecured in his government car during a Starbucks run and had the weapon stolen, but even he received only a two-week suspension despite violating the bureau's protocols for weapons storage, the records show.

it would effectively oversee (i.e., spy on) its clients by allowing its network to track purchases at gun retailers come April, making it the first among its peers to publicly give a date for moving ahead with the initiative,

According to the documents, the "ATF must establish willfulness to proceed with revocation" under federal law, but the agency "does not have to establish a history of prior violations to determine willfulness."

New York’s old gun-control laws, rooted in the infamous Sullivan Act of 1911, had one excellent feature: If you got caught carrying a gun illegally, you went to jail. Enforcement was rigorous — no matter if you were a wannabe gangster in The Bronx or Super Bowl star Plaxico Burress, who served 20 months for his armed shenanigans.

Many defensive gun uses (DGUs) never get tracked as such. From personal experience, I have pulled a gun on another human being one time in my entire life. I was legally justified, and the aggressor stopped, lowered his gun, and left. My one defensive gun use was never recorded as a stat anywhere as far as I know, because no shots were fired.

My wife has used a firearm in self-defense twice in her life. Once on somebody who was acting very rapey, who suddenly found a better place to be when she stuck a pistol in his face, and again years later on a German Shepherd that was attacking my one-year-old son. No police report at all on the second one, and I don’t believe the first one ever turned up as any sort of defensive use statistic because no shots were fired.

Buy your beer somewhere else, that does not censor.

Southern Star Brewing Company, a brewery in Conroe, Texas, will no longer host the “Rally Against Censorship” featuring Rittenhouse on Jan. 26, explaining its position Friday in a Twitter post.

Senate Republicans sent a letter to Garland objecting to the rule and called it "the largest executive branch-imposed gun registration and confiscation scheme in American history.”

The new regulation is expected to cost gun owners over $260 million. It is expected to cost the federal government over $3 million. In addition to the cost, it will put an increasing burden on the already overwhelmed NFA division of the ATF. the ATF claims that the average wait time will be 90 days, although Silencer Shop is showing a wait time of eight months for a tax stamp. Not only will it bog down the new tax stamp applications for SBRs, but it might drastically increase the wait time for other NFA items, such as sound suppressors.

Essentially LinkedIn, a website dedicated to professionals sharing their curriculum veritas and other occupational information, removed content from one of their members who was promoting occupational information.

That's precisely what happened last Wednesday when a man was hailed as a "good Samaritan" by police after he stopped an active shooter at an Amazon Flex Warehouse in Chandler, Arizona,

"According to these reports, FedEx now requires FFL [Federal Firearms License] holders to create three separate shipping accounts: one for firearms, one for firearm parts, and one for all other firearm-related products," the letter reads. "Under this three-tier system, gun sellers cannot mix and match shipments, which reveals to your company whether they are shipping a gun, gun part, or a gun-related item."

"In addition to creating three distinct shipping groups, FedEx now apparently demands that gun store owners retain documents about what specific items those shipments contain and make that information available to FedEx upon request," they went on, before asserting that "[t]hese demands, in tandem, allow FedEx to create a database of American gun purchasers and determine exactly what items they purchased."

The inspector was even able to enter through a back door that did not latch, eerily similar to how 18-year-old madman Salvador Ramos got into Robb Elementary before killing 19 fourth-graders and two teachers.

The core issue was the CDC’s description of a review of studies that estimated defensive gun uses in the United States take place between 60,000 and 2.5 million times per year, according to emails obtained by The Reload.

Despite initially standing behind the description in the defensive gun use section of its “fast facts” website on gun violence, the CDC backtracked after a previously-undisclosed virtual meeting with the advocates on September 15th, 2021.

“We are planning to update the fact sheet in early 2022 after the release of some new data,” Beth Reimels, Associate Director for Policy, Partnerships, and Strategic Communication at the CDC’s Division of Violence Prevention, said in one email to the three advocates on December 10th. “We will also make some edits to the content we discussed that I think will address the concerns you and other partners have raised.”

Behind closed doors and without congressional approval, the FBI has stripped gun rights from at least 23 people with internal forms, the Washington Examiner reported. However, Secret Service and ICE, two agencies under the Department of Homeland Security, have also quietly used these same forms, emails show.
