Help me in dispelling myths about what makes news sources reliable. (lemmygrad.ml)

The post I've linked above, links reliability with profit and capital. Suggesting that a news source you have to pay for is more reliable than freely available news sources, which according to the author contain lower credibility.

As we all know, it's not the profit motive that is the main factor of producing quality, and what it drives is not good journalism but the lowset effort for highest returns. We've seen time and time again, that the highest quality of journalisn is from investigative journalists who often risk their lives not for the sake of profit, but truth.

This thread could be hijacked to seed doubt into the reliability of western sources, which primarily respond to their respective states and ruling class.

This comes across as extremely arrogant, I don't think anyone is gonna respond positively to a bunch of brigaders coming into some random comment section to "educate".

Hey comrades, we've got an opportunity in front of us. We have a post on how "Boomers have had it better" and I didn't have time nor well bookmared resources on why that is the case. I've only shared a graph of productivity and real wages splittint in 1971, and some guy linked wtfhappenedin1971.com which obviously allures that "it all happened because we split from the gold standard 😭😭😭" nonsense by it quoting Hayek. (Funnily enough, that website helped me in getting radicalized lmao)

So, please help me out here in making this a 🥺
