Are there any other cross chain swap services that are censorship resistant besides Thorchain/Thorswap? An alternative that is uses its own blockchain and is not on a smart chain like ethereum, just like Thorchain?

Are there any decentralized private cloud storage platforms out there that run on its own blockchain (not on ethereum or any other smart contract chain) with an unlimited supply for the coin?

I know of Sia, but all the alternatives to Sia I can find are using a smart contract chain.
