I haven't found anything that makes me feel like I can breathe deeper and ready to run or exercise than BD.

What about you?

Any other fans of riding singletrack while elevated? Often trails have great places to smoke (or vape but that’s anywhere). I love being high in nature.

Caveat: Weed does NOT help my bike performance. When I’m stoned I ride green (hah) and blue trails, no black And no skinnies. Also I’m slow when stoned — I keep stopping to enjoy the view.

Started training for a half marathon. Also started vaping cannabis regularly (usually would only try a little bit every couple weeks, now I’m up to 3x a week).

I’m now fully addicted to getting in a “zone” during the run and I’ve found I can get there easier if I’ve vaped flower a couple hours before and am on the come down from the high.

Yesterday I tried vaping right before and it hurt my performance. I really just wanted to sit down, it took me way longer to lock into the run, and when I did lock in I couldn’t stay there for long. I was also trying a different strain (blue cheesey hybrid) than before (citrusy sativa).

For y’all that run, what do you usually do? What have you found that’s helps/hurts your runs?

Thought I might share this story in case anyone finds it entertaining below. Also quick question, is cardio really necessary for losing weight? Or could I just lift weights? Anyways fun story below.

So I have started to work out with friends and lift weights since I lead an otherwise pretty inactive lifestyle of getting high and playing video games. I usually get high after working out as a treat for myself. But I was talking to this one lifter guy at a dispensary who says he takes edibles and then lifts because it hits him right as he's finishing. I thought that it was a genius idea and wanted to try it myself.

So I get a 25mg gummy, definitely enough to feel it I think. I pop it in my mouth and go to the gym. Everything starts out fine. But I notice that I'm downing water more so than usual. We finish doing the bench press, and then I'm out of water. I go to refill, and the fountain is out of order.

No worries I think. I'll just finish hard and go home. I should have had worries. I was sweating my ass off, feeling my mouth quickly drying. And the edible was definitely hitting. And I desperately needed water. But we got like, 2 more machines to hit. I couldn't do it. I tried to explain to them the situation, but in my exhausted state all I could manage to get out was "fountain's broke. I need water or I'm gonna vomit" and then I very promptly set down the dumbbells and slimmed my way out of the planet fitness.

Moral of the story: water is important.

Hi All,

My name is Steven Molineux, and I am currently in a class called AP Research where we essentially research a gap in any desired body of existing knowledge. My topic revolves around supplementation and any misconceptions or hesitations that people may face before supplementing their diets. If possible, would you guys be willing to fill out the small google form attached? This data will help me with my final paper for the class. https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScPlJuwj3jpc4zT0iiPsq0JPOQqM_sHK7_Jx35qugwuZEWPvw/viewform?usp=sf_link

Please let me know if there are any issues with the link or google form.

I appreciate the help!

Steven

Hi again, everyone!

Thank you so much for your engagement with the Google survey we posted several days ago. Our professor was really impressed with the data we've collected so far!

The purpose of our project is to create a simple infographic toolkit with accessible information about cannabinoids based on the data collected from our previous poll and the Google survey. One of our aims is to also understand gaps in general knowledge about cannabinoid use in relation to gastrointestinal diseases, discomfort, and symptom management.

It's a very simple infographic with a little bit of information about cannabinoid use.

Please answer this Google survey after viewing the infographic. With this data, we'd be able to gauge whether the information we included in the infographic was useful.

Thanks again!

Hello again, everyone!

Thank you for answering our previous poll-- to gather more data, we've created a Google form with more detailed questions due to popular demand. Please let us know if you have any questions and/or comments below, and we'll do our best to answer them ASAP!
