Some absolutely wild system level changes are in here, including the removal of weight classes. On paper, this patch makes me very happy, except for the part where they nerfed Goldlewis' f.S rather than buff his 2S.

Note that all of this is deduced from people who are more likely to notice nerfs than buffs. These may or may not be final, since this build is probably weeks old, and things found here may not be present in the patch we play a week from now. Credit to the GGS Discord, which referenced, I believe, the Goldlewis Discord. I transcribed this from a screenshot and tried to keep all formatting and spelling exactly as the screenshot did, to minimize losses in translation.

  • Burst regens faster
  • Blue burst hits fullscreen, gives 0 burst back
  • Gold Burst no longer gives 100 meter, now gives positive bonus. Positive now gives burst gauge back.
  • Nago 6H is no longer special cancellable, but guard crushes on block.
  • Gio has a new move; dash that cancels into powered up specials.
  • Zato flight is shorter.
  • Eddie comes back slower.
  • Happy chaos roll has a fixed distance after it crosses an opponent; always throw range.
  • I-No has a new special; mid that guard crushes on block and launches on hit
  • Pot mega fist tumbles on hit, gives oki
  • Axl normals are all shorter but recover faster
  • Bedman 2S > 2H is true
  • Bedman keeps errors on wallbreak
  • Ram flip is now minus, no wall bounce on hit
  • May dash is slower
  • Chipp and May 6K nerfed; slower
  • May 5K is 7F.
  • May 6H no longer launches unless it's full charge.
  • May S dolphin now has less pushback.
  • Zato no longer gets an eddie summon (the bar doesnt refill in time) off of his command grab. Pour one out
  • Youzansen no longer restands on hit
  • H Kabari has more recovery/less pushback? Unconfirmed
  • Sin Backdash is faster.
  • SOL/LEO/KY H DP IS NO LONGER INVULNERABLE
  • Faust item frame is 9 frames faster startup
  • Stun Dipper is now 7 frame startup
  • Ky f.S is now 10 frame startup; better disjoint. 5H reduced startup as well.
  • Happy 2S has more recovery.
  • POTENTIALLY whiff shot is removed.
  • Sin's Elk Hunt now hits based on proximity.

I guess the mods from the GuiltyGear subreddit decided to make a lemmy community. Figured I'd share it here. It's currently not much bigger than this one but I imagine it'll grow if they're promoting it.
