Once Microsoft enabled it by default in IE/Edge that was the end of it. The whole point was to be an opt-in.

Ironically it was also used as another data point for fingerprinting users. It was a nice idea in theory but it just wasn’t gonna work.

Everyone overcharges when it's a government contract, which is annoying enough because everyone acts like it's not their money that they're stealing, but this is just obscene.

Smart IT departments do this with Windows upgrades too. Even though Microsoft is usually very good about backwards compatibility, it's always smart to test these things before you upgrade 500 computers.

Aren't there arrest warrants against George W. Bush from like 20 years ago? This is just more talk that won't be backed up by any meaningful action because of how trivially easy it is to avoid going to these countries.
