Going to try one of those Indian spice mixed where you roast the dry spices first and mix it all together.. Butter chicken.

I'm not really sure,
Playing dnd online wirh some friends so its usually pizza or something simple because by time knock off comes around and then get home its dnd time and no time to cook
Toss another shrimp on the barbeque
Left over pasta, got chicken nibbles in the airfryer, will see if uploading photos will work with it.
I'm not risking another night of pain so I'm just going to have a glass of milk and some Nyquil I think
