Meditation and yoga help us journey into and reside within the interior world of sensation in our body, experience of our breath, witness of our mind’s dialogue, and the terrain of our emotional responses. The longer we are able to reside in this inner world, the more powerful our concentration becomes. We also realize that this internal experience is a shared one. As we journey inward, our intelligence connects to Intelligence, our mind communes with Mind. Our self merges with Self.
