US government contradicts UFO whistleblower’s claims of possible ‘extraterrestrial materials’

I feel like phrasing is always important in official statements. Specifying "extraterrestrial" could be their way to claim uncertainty to craft/material origins. The more specific a statement, the more I feel a word or two could be tweaked to form the truth.
