He's having a rough year, but there is no reason to worry about him long term. I am especially interested to see how he plays off of Boupendza once he arrives.

He's definitely not as successful this year. But thankfully we've got Acosta ABSOLUTELY KILLING IT this year!

He had a pretty nice attempt at the begin of the Vancouver game which gave me some hope of increased Brandon activity to come.

Hard to ignore the case for Acosta getting the MVP award this season

He just seems sluggish this year. Idk if it’s just him not finding his stride or if it’s the speed of Acosta at midfield that is more than Vasquez at forward can adjust to. It’s like he’s always SLIGHTLY out of position.

I'd argue that he's actually IN good positions frequently, but his finishing just isn't as deadly as it was last year. He's constantly fumbling with the ball at his feet until the window to shoot closes, or if he does get the shot off it's straight at the keeper's chest.

I'm curious to see if having Boupendza to offload some workload helps him get back into form Could be a great pairing
