I can’t speak to the claims process yet, but I switched from Progressive and went from ~$1000 to ~$550 (6 month premium for two cars in FL). Every time I’ve had to call them they’ve been quick to answer and are very friendly. Only downside for me has been the lack of an app.

Exactly the same for me. So I did home too. Saved another $1k with more protection lol
Aside from an outrageous $25 "returned payment" fee on a credit card (number changed due to fraud, forgot to update with them, couldn't do it online...), I have been satisfied.
They've been cheaper than anyone else, and even with the fee my renewal rate was still lower than it had been previously.
Looks like it’s American Family Insurance under the covers and they seem to have good reviews and lower customer complaints than usual. I just learned Costco offers this, thanks!
I use them and am happy with it. Their prices beat Costco and customer service has been good.
