There is a great version of this song by Jazz at Pitt (a seminar followed by concert, at the University of Pittsburgh). They may no longer be put on, as it was the brain child of the director Nathan Davis, who has since retired and passed away. The song comes from their 25th Anniversary concert, in 1995. I wish I could find a copy on the internet. I still have the CD (listened to digitally these days)! Manteca is probably my favorite track from the album. H2P
