easiest way is to make a lemmy.ml account imo. I will be honest, it's both a little grim (in that it will be hard to interact with a lot of people) and nice (that we wont have to deal with the worst of the lib brainrot), but for the most part if you see an instance you don't recognize probably safe to assume they block us. There are a couple, like blahaj, that are ok with us but the biggest libby instances are blocking us on creation
