I'll start. I have this idea kicking around of a halfling summoner who was a gardener before becoming an adventurer. One day his beloved rose bush pulled itself out of the ground and become his plant eidolon. He dumps charisma to focus on wisdom things like battle medicine and casts mostly buff spells. Since the eidolon has it's own stat spread, I believe he'd still be very functional in combat.

this idea could also work with any spellcaster that has access to summoning spells. especially a witch with cackle! summon 2 things! no int needed!
Well, if you wanted to make a melee alchemist you could prioritise the physical stats and not make intelligence your highest one. I think a better idea for that character would be a fighter with alchemist dedication though.
Warpriest's one of the builds that folks have used this build philosophy for, but i think that gives up too much versatility for too little in return imo. Since they're getting a better chassis in the remaster, it might be worthwhile.
