Now they're starting to think of solutions when registration has completed. And despite knowing that syndicates exist, their idea is to limit ownership? Lmao.

Here we go again, this restrictions will just keep on creeping to the point it becomes unwieldy. What's next social media registration to the government? For sure this proposal will not stop scam and will not decrease it.
When the Chief of the CICC is assuming that the text scams are operated by individuals alone, not by corporate or business entities with ghost employees and all, it feels like escape-goating.
