Fuckin A that’s a headline designed to be confusing there lol

TLDR: Colorado passed a law requiring any bill that would cut taxes to be accompanied with a list of programs that would be affected. The state got sued to block the law, and this judge did both issue a preliminary injunction as requested. The law will be enforced unless/until overturned in the decision of the case after arguments.
