Every night since sometime in college. I'm almost 33. I literally cannot sleep without it.

I used it to help me fall asleep when I was in the hospital recovering from major surgery. I slept on my side with an earbud in my uncovered ear. Helped block out hospital noise and was very soothing.

I did literally the same thing. It was super comforting in the hospital
