How to tell why an admin owns all the files (self.sharepoint)

Hiya

At some point i have enabled an enterprise app or an API that has granted the admin account ownership of every file. So when you go to share a document, as well as the person you are sharing with, you also see the admin account.

How can I see how that admin is there? There are many integrated apps and APIs etc.
