Nangit said they filed a complaint violation of Article 283 (Light threats) under the Revised Penal Code, violation of Article 286 (Grave Coercion) under the RPC, and Violation of Section 11(c) in relation to Section 11(a) of the Safe Space Act. “You know the CCTV, kumakalat ‘yan diba, so hinahawakhawak siya, so there’s a violation of the private space,” Nangit said.
