Did you try making sure Sacrosanct is loaded below other mods that modify PlayerVampireQuestScript and/or DLC1PlayerVampireChangeScript and making sure there aren’t any loose copies of the scripts in your data/scripts folder? Sounds like conflicting mods

Sancrosanct is no. 397/400 in my load order. The remaining three plugins are patches for Sacrosanct

I think your problem is that you have four hundred mods installed.

I use Vortex so most of them of the plugins are light

Have you tried changing the load order of your mods?
