About
Florida Governor Ron DeSantis aspires to be the same kind of Autocrat despised by the founders of the United States. He must be exposed for what he is: a great threat to our Democratic Republic and American values. Republicans don't punish big businesses like the Walt Disney Company for disagreeing with them. Fascists do. DeSantis and those like him are a massive threat to our Democracy.

The Florida constitution allows the governor to remove certain state officials for “misfeasance, malfeasance, neglect of duty, drunkenness, incompetence, permanent inability to perform official duties, or commission of a felony.”
This is the second time in as many years that DeSantis has removed an elected Democratic leaning State Attorney because they didn't want to prosecute based on DeSantis' unconstitutional laws. I believe that this is the first time he's just appointed a replacement, which is super illegal.
It isn't. He's a fascist. No ones going to get off their ass and do anything about him.
ELI3: He governor, he doesn't care about laws, the state legislation backs him completely with a super majority, he's doing his best Greg Abbott impression.
He’s using “dereliction of duty” as an excuse. He did the same to another black DA too
