See the sidebar. There is a lemmy instance specifically for NSFW. It is appropriately named "lemmynsfw.com". The link is in the sidebar.

I'm still trying to figure out instances. This only brought up women. Do I need to find something like [email protected]? Thanks

If you look in the sidebar, you see [email protected] . Or in whatever instance you are, if you click in the "Communities" at the top, you should be able to search for whatever community you want, just select "All" to search across all instances.
