Okay, we had office alternatives, but in none of those I see an alternative for outlook. Is there anything similar? Would appreciate if could you the same on my phone and computer.

Sogo.

Its a Web-Client. You host a webserver hosting sogo and sogo instead connects to your mail provider as a client.

Mail, Calendar and Contacts are possible.

I hate Thunderbird.

Mozilla Thunderbird has email, address and calendar function.

As already mentioned for PC Mozilla Thunderbird.
For Android you could take a look at K-9 Mail. For Apple I have no idea

K-9 is Thunderbird Mobile these days. I used to use K-9 but switched to FairEmail. Which incidentally is both open source and European (but doesn't have calendar and contacts - would rather have separate apps for those anyway!)

As Android phone have an integrated calendar functionality and a calendar app, a DAV connector like DAVx5 would then be used to connect to cloud calendars and contacts.

But Mozilla is American right ?

Unlike MS Outlook, Thunderbird is free (as in free beer and as in free speech) and open source and it is a community-driven project. So it is less important where Mozilla Foundation (or their subsidiary MZLA Technologies Corporation) is located.

For Apple it is best to stick with the native e-Mail client Apple mail.

However, this is only mail. Then other things would need caldav and carddav servers.

What do associate with outlook? The complete online suite or the e-Mail programm only? What about calenders and notes?
