I don't know if they even have something that advanced whichever one sees it first just signals to the others "HEY! BIG FOOD! BRING IT TO NEST!" with urgency and then the others repeat the signal until all the gatherers start getting it then they all signal to go back to the nest with it.

Fortunately, human beings have individuality and independent thought. Embrace that, use your brain to think critically about everything you see and hear. The billionaires think of us like we're ants, cogs in a machine, brainless drones that believe everything we're told. Don't be the way they want us to be

Sometimes I like to put a big food near the ants trail, wait for one of them to find it and scurry off to report it, thinking he's going to be hero of the nest, then I take the big food and throw it away. When our man returns to show his friends, it's gone, and he can't possibly understand why, and the whole nest thinks he's lost the plot. They will never trust him again.

The billionaires are ants that find the big food and keep it for themselves.

"Aw, now they're warring over whether to prefer a market-oriented potato chip economy with elements of state control, or a state-oriented potato chip economy with elements of market direction! How quaint!"

Introduce lucky charms, and they'll move their dead to it.
