Isn't that how it already is? The companies pass the expense onto the customer by raising prices? Unless there were some executives taking pay cuts that I'm not aware of, but that seems unlikely.
This sounds like it's basically doing the same as taxes are where corpos get to not pay their fair share for trickle down "reasons" while also reaping all of the benefits they don't deserve. All while continuing to make record profits.
