English subtitles for 2015 Studio Khara BluRay? (lemm.ee)

What set of English subtitles should I be looking at to use with the 2015 Japanese Blu Ray release? There are a lot of English releases over the years, but are there any that I could basically just drop in without needing to figure out syncing?

Even between similar versions I would expect some amount of syncing for it to be perfect, probably just pick which subs you prefer.

Fair enough; I did find one very high quality source that I can use, but it’s gonna take some work to properly add it in. I’d hoped someone had a version for this release in particular since I think it has some extra content that I imagine will be hard to find subs for
