To be fair, providing body modification surgery or hormone rebalancing to individuals whose brains haven't fully developed yet has always been a bit sus, I think you can be an ally and still appreciate that distinction.

Now if they could only raise the minimum age of enlistment in the armed forces to at least 18 as well, that'd be just swell.

And make it so you can't indoctrinate children into religion until they're old enough to decide for themselves as well.
