This season, I started following Hockey Psychology's channel on YouTube for his weekly roundups and analytical approach to the game. I got a little extra hit of dopamine last week from his dedicated video about the Caps. Enjoy!

The layman analysis here of what they're doing well on offense is great.

The parts that jumped out at me are the high shooting percentage and the low offensive zone time.
