I went for a job interview at IKEA once. They gave all the candidates a bottle of water each and put out some boxes of chocolates for us to eat from while we waited to go in for interview.
I didn't get the job but I appreciated the small gestures to make us feel comfortable.
Needs about twenty five more screws, bolts, nuts, fasteners.
