He is, of course, wrong. "More than twice" means 0, 1, or 2 times is fine, but anything else is forbidden by the constitution. The absence of the word "consecutive" does not remotely imply that the legislature intended to include the word "consecutive."

According to the strategist Trump was elected three consecutive terms and is thus already in violation of the 22nd amendment. Maybe they should drop the election was stolen bit.
