Those orders make sense for the two lander types. BO gets the hab closer to the surface and Starship's elevator drops off something that can drive out of it.

I'm still always surprised by Blue getting these contracts without having executed on anything like them, though.

The Dynetics lander would have been cool for dropping off rovers right on the surface.
