I posted this cringey note on my Sharkey Nobody dropped any recommendations. The only recent ones that I watched were 'strange darling' and 'the substance'. If you have more TELL ME!!! Even if they are campy, old or even bad idc.

The substance was good. How was strange darling? Have you see significant other?

Strange Darling was unexpectedly excellent. Great music and direction. The movie is non chronological so it was such a trip. It has a good enough twist to it and a satisfying ending.

I didn't see 'the significant other' I'll check it out and give an update.

The movie was very atmospheric the shots of the woods and nature really captured the isolation and dread of the wilderness. Also has some cool transitions and the score is pure melancholy. It got goofy after the 1st half imo but that ending is perfect. I got a little laugh when I thought what would be a jumpscare but it cut a crow flying uwu. Great Horror Thriller? Drama? flick, was worth watching. Thankz for the rec!
