Bwahaha, I came to this thread to put "The Rock"

As much as I enjoyed golden-eye, the rock was the best James bond movie of the 90s.

Bravo to you for sharing the best (read: my) opinion!

I feel like a list of categories should be requested, otherwise I'll just continually come up with new categories for my favorite 90s flicks.
