Good luck on the project. Would you mind sharing a reason you decide to work a new project instead of contributing to already existing one?
Yeah of course! When I started it I didn't know about the other apps (and I'm pretty sure it was started before some of the others). There's also some design philosophies I don't agree with some of the other apps. Jerboa and Mlem while both good options are limited to Android and iOS respectively. I didn't want to be pigeonholed into an ecosystem like that. As for the other open source cross platform react native app Memmy, I didn't care for the design or the choice of using redux as the state manager. I'm not discounting either of these apps at all. I think all of them have the potential to be great. I also just enjoy the process of getting everything up and running!
I would love to try it, will you link the iOS beta in this thread when it’s ready?
