The fact that he is still under bayern's payroll means that he can very picky about his next club while still making money in the interim. If the contract/team building assurances are not to his liking, he can reject the approach without fear of loss of money
He's waiting for Everton to come calling
Seems to me like he prefers a more stable long term project. He would be great for PSG but their track record is not great when it comes to coaches like him.
