It seems that this update was mostly security fixes and not many new things but I did get a tool tip for this window snapping menu (which seems to be new). Chrome Releases.

Turns out there were a few more features aa shown in this article. These are:

App Streaming is now available (w/ supported phone)
New signature tool to sign PDFs
Improved shortcuts app
