This community is mainly for discussions between those who are building generators. For discussions about using generators, especially the popular AI ones, the community-led Casual Perchance forum is likely a more appropriate venue.

Please be kind to others on this community (and also in general), and remember that for many people Perchance is their first experience with coding. We have members for whom English is not their first language, so please be take that into account too :)

3. Be thankful to those who try to help you.

If you ask a question and someone has made a effort to help you out, please remember to be thankful! Even if they don't manage to help you solve your problem - remember that they're spending time out of their day to try to help a stranger :)

4. Only post about stuff related to perchance.

Please only post about perchance related stuff like generators on it, bugs, and the site.

5. Refrain from requesting Prompts for the AI Tools.

We would like to ask to refrain from posting here needing help specifically with prompting/achieving certain results with the AI plugins (text-to-image-plugin and ai-text-plugin) e.g. "What is the good prompt for X?", "How to achieve X with Y generator?"

You can ask for help with prompting at the 'sister' community Casual Perchance, which is for more casual discussions.
We will still be helping/answering questions about the plugins as long as it is related to building generators with them.

Hi folks, i wanted to share my work in progress: F***ed Up Adventures! I have alot of excellent ideas for this generator going forward in the future that are going to make it incredibly more interesting, unique, and perhaps even more controversial, I've spent hours enjoying the stories this cranks out, and would love some adventure suggestions to add to the roster of potential adventures. I would also like feedback and suggestions of how the generator can be improved. I've put alot of effort into making this generator enjoyable, so please give it a shot! I look forward to hearing from you.

To suggest an adventure just state the basic context of the adventure and then state the ultimate goal of the player

Examples:

Lost in a psychedelic library with labyrinth-like corridors where the odd librarian in the main lobby offers riddles to find clues to the exit. the ultimate goal is to leave the library

Trying to escape a monotonous workplace simulation controlled by a corrupt AI with the ultimate goal to shut down the AI

a contestant on a gameshow with trivia, puzzles, and minigames, where losing means certain death with the ultimate goal to survive with the cash prize

If I think your suggestion is good enough, i will happily add it to my gen. I'd love to hear feedback about my work in progress. Good or bad, I want to hear it all. I will be updating this generator.

Thank you, misspelled words always cause problems in the long run. I appreciate the correction. I will elaborate on your quest idea... "As a researcher that is investigating the strange occurance of an intelligent alien fungus which releases mind control spores to conquer the world. The ultimate goal of the player being to stop the fungus from achieving world domination." Consider it added.
