MODERATORS
The days after release are probably the most hectic in the whole development cycle. No studio has enough QA to match all those players testing the game and finding breaking bugs.
The scramble to fix all these is insane, as they are happening during your "big money" days. If you've had to crunch up to release, the days after may just fucking end you.
