Hi, new guy here and former protonvpn user. In proton you could see the capacity of the servers and the one with lowest capacity was usually the one you would pick. But in IVPN the servers are labeled in milliseconds which i’m guessing means latency, but if you activate the setting to see the individual servers you’ll see a percentage beside the server which i’m guessing means the server’s current capacity. Which one of these should I focus on for best speeds?

Edit: I’m aware about the option to pick the fastest server in single hop, I’m more talking about multi-hop
